Welcome to the Medway Maritime Hospital Staff Parking Permit System

Please note that before you start your application you will require your NHS Staff Number. All fields must be completed in order to submit your application. Any problems, please contact the Team on medwayft.carparking@nhs.net

All documentation submitted will be checked and should we require any further documentation or have any queries in relation to your application, we will contact you directly. Applications with false information will be rejected.

Changing your Vehicle

If you have changed your vehicle from that shown on your permit, you will be required to update your information on the system. Once updated and all proof of ownership is uploaded (this can be either V5 or Insurance Documentation showing you as the owner or named driver).

Please advise the Team on medwayft.carparking@nhs.net who will then amend and reissue your permit to reflect the changes made.
